Having won seven Michelin stars for her restaurants in Spain and Tokyo, Ruscalleda is one of the most famous chefs in the country. Decorated with the beauty of Patricia Urquiola’s exclusive designs, the golden and amber hues of the Moments dining room create a relaxing, magical atmosphere for the enjoyment of the gastronomic experience offered by the a la carte menu and the tasting menu.   Carme Ruscalleda Born in Sant Pol de Mar (Barcelona) in 1952. She first worked in the family cold meats business until in 1988 she decided to open the Sant Pau-Carme Ruscalleda restaurant with her husband, based on the principles of quality and originality. Her mostly self-taught gastronomic training has not prevented her from receiving important awards and distinctions for her work. In 1991 she received her first of her three Michelin stars, and in 1992 was chosen to represent Catalan cuisine during the Seville Expo. In 2004 she opened a new restaurant in the heart of Tokyo, which has been awarded two Michelin stars. Carme has published several books on her special way of understanding cooking.
